The vertical motion of my PowerVault 136t transfer mechanism is very strange. The grabber assembly moves up and down but when it stops it vibrates up and down a short distance very quickly. It seems like the motor has gone haywire. Has anyone seen this behavior before? Can I replace this assembly?
