i have a centon craze mp3 player and i turned it off after listening to it. i turned it on 5 minutes later, it was said 'file error' and that's referring to a song. i tried turning it on and off a few times. but i can't press any buttons or anything else. it won't turn off. the light is still on and won't turn off. yeah, just basically frozen.
