When scanner is launched a window comes up: Error 4 Could not confirm scanner connection. Please check scanner connection But connections seem to be perfect. Also whenever I switch scanner on Windows wizard comes up and asks if I want it to install. If I say ''Yes'' it thinks for a while and then says it cannot find any software better than that I have already installed. Also when I switch scanner on greeen light will not stop blinking.
