Jumps out of gear under load (particularly the lower gears) And am unable to change down without moving lever down two speeds and then up. eg: to go from 4 to 3, have to move lever from 4 to 2 and then to 3. The bike is a Raleigh 15 speed Endurance/Avalanche in good condition. thank you Regards.
