I hook up this unit (cyber Power CPH720P) to my PC (OS=XP) and the power adapter to a power source. THe Install Hardware Wizard window appeared on my monitor recognizing it as a USB Device. It gave me the option to 1) install the software automatically (recommended) or 2) install from a list or specific location (advanced). I tried options 1 & 2 but it just gave me the results: "The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software." I even tried accessing the unit thru the Device Manager on my PC. I found it (the CPH720P) as a "USB Device" with a Question Mark and Exclamation Point Icon in it. But it just leads me back to the Install Hardware Wizard and back to square one. I just hope the unit I bought is not a dud. Any help (detailed) would be deeply aqppreciated. Thanks!
