Ive been trying to play wolfenstein 2 on my cpu but every time i try to open the game, a black screen with the words ''Invalid scan Freq''. pops up, Tried going into compatibility and switch all of the settings Didn't work. switched to 640-480 tried 256 color '' no '' tried running with windows 95 '' no '' all of the options on the compatibility Screen didn't work. Installed direct x 9.0 ( no good ) Tried switching ports in the back of my Tower ( nothing ) Could it be my monitors to old Or maybe my Video. ''cornerstone p1500'' ''Monitor'' and NvIdiA Geforce 8800 gt. please help and thanks!

I have a Cornerstone p1600, several years old. Started making arcing sounds and the screen flickers. Was happening every few minutes, now it's every few seconds. I'm going to open it up, blow out the dust and inspect it. I expect the problem is either the power supply or the CRT. If it's the CRT then this monitor is a goner. Has anyone experienced this problem? Where can I get a service manual? This has been a fantastic monitor, would hate to throw it in the trash.
