what would be the problem when a call is made from a pstn line fed from a DMS 100 to a mitel 3300 ICP Mxe; the caller hangs up on the pstn end, there is a busy tone then the receiver of the said call who has not hang up gets dial tone and is free to dial out. What is the cause of this?

We purchased a magic jack about 5 months ago and it had a buzzing sound that got worse as time went on. So we purchased another one two days ago and when I installed it some how It came up with another number. When I log on to mymagicjack.com , my old number comes up, but on my desktop the magic jack control panel has a new number 510-995-7592.
