we just purchase the disney lightning mcqueen laser remote control car. Fresh out of the box, it doesn't work. The car will go backwards but mostly on one side. Will not go forwards. Mostly it will spin backwards on the one rear tire. Put it in time out. Took out batteries, replaced. Did the battery changes. What next? Can't get both sides of wheels going at the same time.
