I have a dyt4000 18.5hp Intek craftsman riding mower just got today for free in great shape but the motor isnt IT WONT START it tries to crank VERY SLOWLY and stops at compression everytime plus there is oil leaking out of the front of the motor somewhere which is hitting exhaust and causing it to smkoe ANY HELP?? Vanguard 9 hp on pressure washer runs fine under load but govenor "hunts" under no load at both high and low rpm. Engine ran perferctly for 5 years under home owner use. Syptom appeared earlier this year, then went away. Now it seems it is here to stay???
