Someone gave me a BT500 bluetooth mouse with a bluetooth USB. When he gave it to me the light underneath the mouse switched on when I turned the power on but the pc didn't pick it up when I searched for devices with the bluetooth. So I put the mouse in my school bag so I could take it to school and test it on those pc's. When I took it out my bag, the battery cover was off. So I put it back on and the power light wouldn't switch on. So I bought new batteries and the power light still never switches on. What is the problem? Thanks.
