Hi. I live in Mt Martha, Victoria. Australia. I bought the Bissell pet cleaner vacum cleaner 4 months ago from the retailer Godfries in Mornington. I asked if it would be easy to purchase the hard floor solution specifically designed for the machine before we bought the machine and the stated no. Now 2 weeks afer trying to obtain the solution I still have not had a call re the solution being in stocck. Last week the store stated they would call other Gofreys stores. I have heard nothing. Where in Victoria Australia can I purchase this Product? If there are no suppliers then I have wasted $320.00. Thanks Suzy.

My bissell proheat will not turn on. While using the shampooer, I heard 2 bumping-like sounds and then it turned off. The red light will still light up when I flip the switch on.
