Have an Alis Charmers Model B Tractor...Ran when I got it. One day it refused to start. Did a spark test and found there was no spark. Put in new points, rotor and condenser. That fixed the spark problem. Set timing according to manual. Still wouldn't start.Took carb apart and found a few problems.Accelerator plate was loose and missing a screw...No gas was getting into the bowl (float pin valve not connected to float) Cleaned and replaced missing and broken parts. New manifold was installed. Gas doesn't seem to be getting to the the pistons.Tried starting fluid..no good. I have to think it's the carburetor but also feel it could something stupid that I'm missing. e-mail: joetoolie@aol.com
