We purchased a navigator 430 approx. 1 mon ago. I have tried to phone to get information on how to solve some problems with it but after the recording it just hangs up like someone is disconnecting. Not good for public relations. Sometimes when we program an address it tells us to make a turn. There is no turn or exit within miles of where we are. Other times it tells us to turn right when we know we have to go left and vise versa. Other times we have just turned it on and not programmed anything into it to see what it does and it goes nuts telling us to turn everywhere. Other times it tells us there is no such number when the building has been there for 15-20 yrs. During a severe storm we can not trust it to be correct. Is there something wrong with it?
