im installing smart broadband modem at my laptop. The specification of my laptop is HP Intel core 2 duo cpu, T7250 @ 2Ghz, 504 MB of RAM. After installing, i immediately open and run the smart bro icon.When i get started connecting to internet, an error ''usb modem is unavailable'' prompt to my screen. il check the device manager and modem is enable and ready. I check also the specification of the modem, its said that 512MB of RAM or higher is required. It is possible that the specs of the modem is the cause of not letting me connect to the internet.
Modem dials but does not receive the dial tone.Acts like it is deaf.
