...adjustment. It sounds like you either have too much free play or possible grooves in your clutch basket. Either way this is not allowing the clutch plates to separate when your lever is pulled

clutch does not want to disengage friction plates and springs look good so does the clutch mechinism adjust your free play or bleed the clutch fulid.have you check the basket for ridges?

friction disc's and clutch plates in exact same order as old one sit's in there. Then fill'er back up with some fresh oil and adjust it out. Be sure to leave a little free play at the lever. Good luck
