fuel tank cap and hose must be open or will pull a vacume. make sure there is nothing in tank that could shut off fuel like a leaf. make sure the petcock on tank flowes unrestriced through the screen.

fuel.... it's a small tank so just put about a quarter bottle of gas line antifreeze in the tank... it's alcohol so it will **** up the water. there is also the possibility the fuel is somewhat dirty.

the fuel tank? Don't mess with the electrical wire placements. Wiring has nothing to do with revs. Shortening the throttle stop simply means removing the slack in the throttle line. This can help revs
