1998 Suzuki GSX-R 750 W "gsxr 250" Questions

GSXR wont rev past 6200... I just put a new piston in and the bike rung great until 6200 I cleaned out the injectors,The bike has a full yoush system and K&N do you think it needs to be remaped..?

On a Suzuki Gsxr 250 which is cylinder 1 to cylinder 4 .is it from left to right or the other way Number one is on the left as you sit on the bike and 4 on the right.

i have a susuki gsxr 1100 its missing and backfires. i have done compresion test on the bike and compresion is fine.carbs have been balanced but still misses and backfires sounds like lack of fuel but
