Honda CRF 450 no spark check all the wiring on and around the coil make sure theres a connection between the coil and the sparkplug and last check to see if your coil is working perfect Good Luck.

...rough running, back firing, hard start hard start, back firing, sudden onset problem, valves? coil? replaced sparkplug but same. Classic valve train issues. Sounds like the valves are tight.
