1987 Honda CBX 250 "bike" Questions

I need advice on oil-change procedure (including oil filter) for a Honda CBX 250 (1987). What type of oil is recommended? SAE 10-40 motorcycle oil. Your bike requires 1.25 litres of oil.

What weight and amount of fork oil do i use for an 87 cbx 250? try clymer manual off ebay _ £20 ish) truley a bible in the biking world
