1979 Suzuki GS 750 E "motorcycle start wont" Questions

wont start i changed the plugs,wires, and had carbs cleaned now bike wont start!! it was running before but didnt have power. any solutions more info needed.. is there compression, does it have spark,

need motorcycle manual 1997 cr125 honda cannot get it to start has spark getting gas CR 125 is 2 stroke? Rings probably worn out. Check compression, if lower than 85 psi, it wont run.

...i turn the key to start it wont is a neutral safety switch in column The neutral safety switch is located inside the the case cover where the front sprocket is. Should be just below the sprocket.
