JVC LT-32P679 32 in. LCD TV "struck lightning" Questions

jvc model no. LT-32p679. cable line was struck by lightning now tv wont turn on Cable system is grounded to electrical system. Most electronics have fuses inside. Open it up and look for blown fuse.
