Craftsman 25cc Gas Line Trimmer "reasons replace purge valve" Questions

I replaced the gas and air lines,cleaned the air filter, cleaned and blew out the carb at the bulb and gasket, cleaned the screen, blew out the fuel filter. I can't get it to pull fuel into the engine
