what is the length of the 1 inch belt on the delta 1 inch belt/5 inch disk You did not post enough information because there are more than one model anyhow most are 1" x 30" others are 1" x 42"

1/2 inch socket wrench to remove the nut at the top of the spindle shaft, slide the old sanding sleeve off and the new one on.  Replace the nut.  You may also have to insert a different size
