Question about ZTE Cell Phones

I have a ZTE Boost Mobile phone and my screen will not let me swipe it to unlock it and I would like to know what to do to fix the problem. My volume and power button works but that is it.

Power at the same time for a few seconds. Release held keys when you see Recovery Mode. Then press Volume Down to select option "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", and press Power button to confirm. Well done
