Shark Navigator Lift-Away Professional Plus Upright Vacuum "turbo machine" Questions

My super turbo doesnt work anymore....no increase in engine revs and doesnt pick up fluff cotton or any other hard to get bits. What do I do?? Check for blockage in machine.
