help! If the horn was very faint then it probably went bad. They are fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. I take it your fuse panel doesn't have a diagram on it or you don't have the owner's manual

horn started sounding faint then stopped altogether. When I messed with the cover it sounded again but then stopped altogether Relay or fuse. clean the horn ground, if rusty BINGO, no ground no honks.

out. If it's not sounding when grounding out, or it has a history of being faint in volume, then replace the horn. Horns do go bad over time due to atmospheric moisture causing the contacts to corrode
