2004 Hyundai Santa Fe "throttle speed" Questions

When trying to accelarate the car the accelator stuck for 40 seconds and couldn't reduce speed Throttle plate in the throttle body is sticking. Clean it.

vss location on trans the vehicle speed sensor is located on top of trans. if you take the intake tube you will be able to see it if you look straight down from the throttle body.
