heater fan resistor block needs replacing. If the highest fan speed doesnt work leave it on there and check for power at heater blower fan, if power is on one wire and the other is an earth the blower

heater fan on can you hear the motor running? If not then it may have blown the heater fan fuse, check the fuse's and then try it again. If the fuse is ok then it could be a faulty switch or fan motor
