2002 Kia Sportage "rough idle throttle" Questions

idle rough 97 kia sportage I have changed airflow sensor / oxygen sensor / position throttle sensor / and rocker cover gasket still running like s==t I was missing a fan blade and was out of balance .

rough idle,backfires when eccelerating,feels like running on 3 cylinders,changed plugs no difference.what else can i do? Clean the idle air control valve in the throttle body and you should also check
