2005 Infiniti G35 "reset service vehicle light 2004" Questions

Service Engine Soon light come on and the car runs OK. Any ideas before I have to fork out dollars to diagnose????? I would take the car to almost any auto parts store and ask them to check the ODB II

service history, warranty repair history, any recalls, etc. I would highly suggest doing this, most dealers will even print you a copy of the complete history of the vehicle for a nominal charge. Hope
