2001 Lexus IS 300 "replace power switch" Questions

i changed the bolt but nothing happen so i look for power and there is no power There is a headlamp relay switch (little black box with 4 metal contact lugs) in the fuse box under the hood. replace it

it back on..should be fine after that..worked for me everytime Have same problem on my 01 IS300 its the bulb I switch it from left to right n the same bulbgoes out n then back on when I flip the power
