2002 Chrysler Town & Country "high speed fan working 97" Questions

high speed then completely stopped working.  I have already changed the radiator/AC fan and the associated fuse.  I believe these 2 to be unreleated but stranger things have happened.  

high speed...now it dosent work on any speeds...I removed it and hooked it to battery and it works fine...I checked with a test light on the blower motor plug and grounded it to the door frame started
