How to replace rear main seal on a 96 dodge Dakota 3.9l 2wd? 96 ? engine out ,is it worth this amount of work ?
If the oil is on the nose of the starter that is inside the bell housing, then it could be the rear main seal. You would have to have the engine or transmission removed to replace the seal
