speed sensor. you will need a 1"socket to remove it. If replacing the sensor doesn't fix it you will need to bring it in and have it looked at. The speed sensors are pretty common failures on Chrysler

speed up the acceleration of my 2007 grand cherokee overland - v8 5.7 hemi engine Best bet is to start with an aftemarket performance air intake. (ex-K &N, AEM). Exhaust (flowmaster) is the next step.

pump is OK. Then I would go back to the exhaust. Remove an O2 sensor before the catalytic converter. One is fine. It will be louder. If it runs better at picks up speed, then the cats are clogging up
