2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser "help power rear radio 2007" Questions

I have a 2007 gl1800 and the radio will not power up. Check the fuse and it was good. Help Did you check at the radio? Many times it also has an inlne fuse at the rear of the unit.

power anything else? This is a base model no rear entertainment system. I am an electronics tech, but not on cars, and I'm stumped with out a wiring diagram. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance
