timing belt replacement kit probably $120-$200. If you take it somewhere most of the cost is in the labor of taking it apart and putting it back together. Not really all that hard, just time consuming

...long term reliability greatly ... on a few cars the whole front end must be removed in order to change the water pump or even thermostat .. thats additonal labor ... hope you dont have one of those

water pump, there's shouldn't be any addtl labor involved to install a new one. Since the fuel is leaking & the converter is overheating you are asking for BIG TROUBLE if u don't replace them both
