98 voyager trunk won't open won't open from outside or inside If you mean the rear liftgate, the latch may be broken.You may have to take the inside panel off to gain access to the latch.

model and if yours is an american model it could be somewhere different,like anywhere from the boot(trunk) ,door pillars,either side footwell behind the panels.But i would look under the bonnet (hood)
