1997 Isuzu Trooper "replace dash lights" Questions

DASH OR FROM OUTSIDE BULBS. CHANGED BULBS, AND CLEANED ALL CONNECTIONS. REPLACED RELAY SWITCH. NOTHING HAS WORKED. ANY SUGGESTIONS? IS THERE ANOTHER SWITCH OR FUSE THAT MAY NEED REPLACED? PLEASE HELP.
