1999 Plymouth Voyager "egr sensor" Questions

I have a 97 plymouth voyager with a 3.0 moter. It runs good but dies at a stop sign or red light... I just changed the egr sensor. service engine light is on. throttle position sensor is bad

...or faulty sensor. 32- is EGR related, perhaps vacuum line off, or bad, or faulty valve as well. That's 2 issues related to vacuum lines, so I'd look at them real close before replacing
