you said you changed the oil sending unit, and tried a aftermarket which worked, so the other option is to have you oil gauge checked. The sending unit may be good but you gauge is not reading proper

My 99 Jeep grand cherokee is staying on 80 for the oil pressure. I went and had my oil changed and still the same. What do you think the problem is? your oil sending unit is bad, cheap fix!
