when putting top down on 2005 vw beetle convertible the alarm comes on when you stop and go. in one of the locating holes that it locks into is a micro switch and this may not be connecting
2005 New Beetle convertible. My top beeps like that if it is not FULLY down. Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference of when you think it is down and when it actually IS down according to the car.
