change ICM ? not nessesary, you have an idle problem, correct ? then thats what you need to work on. your old ICM has codes stored in it which would tell you the problem, now its gone ! see if new ICM

change out this coil. Many auto parts stores like Autozone have the necessary equipment to test the ICM if you pull it out and take it in - I would suggest this BEFORE you buy a replacement. Hope this
