2001 GMC Yukon XL "wont battery good" Questions

I have a 2005 yukon xl 1500 wont start battery is good starter is good .I changed out starter and ignition relays . It just keeps clicking and wont start. Bad neutral safety switch? Engine locked?

not charging battery. if battery over 5 years old more likely battery is bad.if battery too weak head lights wont turn on battery dead this time of year if battery old. cold weather will finish it out
