2000 Ford Windstar "3rd break light bulb 2002" Questions

...break light is working rear are not checked all fuses break light swith and bulbs and can't figure it ouy what could it be check for shorts or broken wiring at the 3rd brake light housing and

3rd brake light being out, so i ordered a new one on the internet, i tried to replace it but still didn't come on, is there a trick to it?? i connected the 2 pin connector but nothing, is there a fuse
