2002 Ford Expedition "leaking driver side floor board" Questions

drivers side floor board getting very hot and damp after long idle.... front cabin heat not working, heat does come out of rear vents though... IF THE DAMPNESS IS COOLANT THE HEATER CORE IS LEAKING.
