noise coming from, the engine compartment or the dash panel? Probably not the heat selector switch, so I'm willing to bet the thermostat is sticking and not opening, which is lesding to you not having

dash? The clicking noise doesn't mean anything , relay controls one touch down . Just means relay is probably working ! Take the door panel off an check power to the switch , motor . Watch this videos
