temp/ mode doors inside the heater case to control from hot air to cold air. the actuators are located behind the pass side rear 1/4 trim 1 on top and 1 on the side of the heater case. remove trim and
have to remove pass. rear cargo area side panel, you have 2 actuators back there just feel which one is making noise, one on top is mode door and one on side of A/C case is temp. door. Hope this helps
