ac clutch wont engage unless I hook a hot wire to it. it has no power at the pressure switch either. I checked the fuses under the dash by the evaporator core. the one that has a spare fuse in it. are

ac clutch on the compressor.  It could be something in the harness or the ac clutch itself.  You would need to start at a low pressure switch or relay and test for voltage back to the clutch
