1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD "changing brake master cylinder" Questions

...THE REAR BRAKES ARE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT,DRUMS MIGHT BE OVERSIZED AS WELL,BUT FIRST THINGS FIRST I WOULD CHECK N MAKE SURE NO AIR IN BRAKE SYSTEM,HOPE THE INSTALLER OF THE MASTER CYLINDER BENCH BLED

Front brake locks up and is smoking Change brakes, rotor, caliper u may have a bad master cylinder
