i repalced the rear brake shoes, now the drum wont go on Did you back off the adjuster. If yes check the drums for a ridge on drums. If there is a ridge grind it off and drums should go on.

in the rear brake system. You also have brake lines, rotors, and possible drums if not all 4 wheel disc. If your talking about what holds the break pads in place over the rotor its called the calibers
